Milk	1000 gm

Baking Method

Place all ingredients into mixing bowl
Whip it on medium speed for 4 to 5 min until smooth and raised
For optimum results refrigerate the mousse after mixing for at least 60 min.

Role Of Salt In Bread Baking - Swissbake

During mixing, salt reinforces the plastic properties of the dough and improves its cohesiveness and elasticity.
